Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kulik Law Firm, P.C. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through this website. It may be updated from time to time; the current version is always the one posted here.

Last updated: June 26, 2026

Information we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, type of case, and the contents of your message.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, for security and to operate the site.

To remember the language you prefer, we store a small setting in your own browser (local storage). It stays on your device, is not used to track you, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate and provide legal services, and to communicate with you. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How your information is shared

Contact-form submissions are delivered to our firm’s email through a third-party form-delivery service (Web3Forms). Interactive map and street-view features on our Contact page are provided by Google, and our website is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service and under their own privacy policies.

We may disclose information only where required by law or valid legal process, and only to the extent consistent with our professional duty of confidentiality.

Confidentiality of legal inquiries

Because we are a law firm, information you share with us in seeking legal services may also be protected by the attorney-client privilege and by the New York Rules of Professional Conduct, including our duty of confidentiality. We treat inquiries from prospective clients as confidential, and any disclosure described in this policy is made only to the extent consistent with those professional obligations.

To help avoid conflicts of interest, please do not send us detailed information about other parties, or confidential details of your matter, before we have confirmed in writing that we can represent you.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website. The only data we store on your device is your language preference, as described above.

Because we do not track visitors across other websites, we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Email and form security

We maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. Even so, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

Please do not send confidential, sensitive, or time-critical information through the contact form or by email. For sensitive matters, call us or speak with an attorney directly.

Data retention

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, to provide legal services, and as required by applicable law and professional obligations.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have sent us by emailing info@kuliklawpc.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law; some information may need to be retained for legal or professional reasons.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

No attorney–client relationship

Submitting information through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship and is not an offer of representation. Please review our Disclaimer for more detail.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page.

Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
